政府部门为提高工作效率做作的努力,政府部门工作效率提高了,最受益的就是普通老百姓了。
当然,随着经济现代化步伐的加快,政府组织机构也暴露出了一些问题,我们期待着这次会议能够在政府机构改革方面进一步深化调整,减少政府部门之间的交叉重叠,从而提高行政效率,降低行政成本,我们期待着一个统一、精简、高效的符合市场经济和民主法治要求的现代化政府体制早日建成。因此有的机构应该撤销,人员也就得到精简,办事人员的素质更应该提高,效率才会高,应该有进有出,才会有压力,从而增强责任心及动力,多管齐下,才会产生效益及效果!

2会前要告知 。要想会议高效,事先告知很重要。不要到会场才知什么议题,没经深思熟虑作出决策,导致决策有误。重大议题应提前一天告知,让大家各广泛征求意见,充分作好准备,开会各抒己见,迅速作出决策,提高会议效率。会议议题、提供有关资料、发言次序都在会议通知中告知为好。
3时间要紧凑。 。要事先规定会议时间,一个议题的会议一般会议时间不应超过一个小时。超过一个小时还形成不了决议,说明分歧较大,可以回去准备,二次再议,做出准确决策。人是有生物钟的,开会时间长了,大脑反映迟钝了,决策慢了且容易出错。当然,11点会议,容易提高会议效率,但也应避免仓促决策。
4记录要完整。 会议记录一定要完整、规范。 。从签到、讨论记录,到会议决议、表决情况,都要进行详细记录,以观备查。可采用专用记录格式、卡片,做到规范、准确、可查,避免事后不认账。
5纪要要及时。 会议召开后,应在两日内,下发会议纪要。会议纪要要做到完成目标的时间、要求、方法、执行部门四落实。拖泥带水是企业执行力的大忌。所以,要及时贯彻会议精神,一是增强会议时效性,发挥会议的作用;二是可以乘热打铁,取得事半功倍的效果;三是避免节外生枝,导致不必要的麻烦。四是提高会议的效益,增强执行力。
